By accessing or using our Iberry Wifi Technologies, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Iberry Wifi Technologies.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make a purchase. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We strive to display accurate pricing and product information. However, prices, promotions, and availability of products may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product details and to cancel any order placed based on incorrect information.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund. • Payment: You must provide accurate payment details. We accept Cash, UPI, Credit & Debit Card and will only process your order after full payment is received.

• Shipping Policy: Orders with successful payment are processed and shipped on next working day through reputed courier services such as FedEx, Indian Speed Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Indian Speed post is used for locations where ever the FedEx service is not available. Orders will be shipped in 2-3 working days or if not either we will inform you or you can contact us through given contact information. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk support@iberrywifi.in. • International Shipping: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and delays, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds. Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Once return is accepted the refund amount will be reflecting to source account within 7 business days. IberryWiFi retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification IberryWiFi will either reship/replace the product to the customer. In case product is defective or damaged then the IberryWiFi team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.

All hardware products sold on Iberry Wifi Technologies are covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not provide any additional warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iberry Wifi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
